Hello Gamers, Today we will try to fix some issues we encounter during Valorant installation. This guide is for Windows 7 users who have problems installing the game.
Valorant Installation Issue: We couldn’t install a required dependency error.
Open and Install first the Update 4490628 then the Update 4474419, then it’s required a system reboot.
Take note: Don’t forget to select and download the proper installer to avoid the Windows Update installation problem. (If you can’t Install the downloaded Windows Update, you can check the Windows Update in the “Services.msc” if it’s enabled.)
After you reboot your system, Go to “Services.msc” and find VGC and change it to AUTOMATIC. (If you can’t see VGC in the service section, try to open Valorant application and let it install the drivers it needed.) and try to Enable and check the VGC service again. Reboot your system if possible.
And, that’s it. You can now open your Valorant play without an issue. If you still encounter some problems you can try some solutions below.
Other possible Solutions:
- Try to Install the latest Microsoft Visual C++ in your system.
- Try to Uninstall Valorant then Install it again from the latest downloaded Valorant game installer.
- If still nothing works, it’s time to upgrade to Windows 10.
